How a trip works
Choose where you are and where you’re going. The fare is fixed before you confirm, so it won’t creep up in traffic.
You’ll see your driver’s name, number plate and licence number in the app before they arrive.
Match the plate and the driver before you get in. Share your trip with a live link so someone can follow along.
No commission comes off the top. Drivers pay a flat monthly package instead. Add a tip in the app and that’s theirs too.
Pay by card after the ride, pay the driver directly, or add it to your Ride Tab and settle up once a week.
Earnings
Commission apps take a slice of every fare. Let Rides takes none. You pay one flat monthly package matched to your vehicle, and cancel any month.

Ride Tab
Rides go on your tab as you take them. At the end of the week you settle up with one Direct Debit — for £2 a month.
A £100 weekly cap covers roughly 7 rides like a 4-mile, 15-minute city trip (£13.50 each).

Every driver uploads their licence, ID, selfie and vehicle documents. Our operator approves the driver and the vehicle before they can go online.

Manage Ride Tab from Payments in the app. If a Direct Debit fails, the tab pauses on its own — no interest, no late fees.
